2. Ease. What can you do to add ease to 2014?
Remember to breathe. Sit. Ask myself "is this true?". Give myself permission to try again. Ask for what I need. Ask for what I want. Be willing to say "not right now." Also be willing to say "yes, let's!"
I think that one of the most significant things that I can do to add ease to 2014 is to allow enough time. When I'm rushing, I'm stressing. When I allow 30 minutes for something that takes an hour, I end up feeling like a failure. Deadlines inspire me, but I need to find a balance between waiting for the inspiration and waiting until the last minute.
I also want to remember that sometimes ease comes AFTER doing the hard thing. Opening the bill. Making the call. Writing down the action item. Asking myself "What can I do to put my mind at ease right now?"...
