It's the end of March (even though you wouldn't know that if you looked out my window & saw all the snow that I see).
The end of March means that it's almost the beginning of April.
April is the month that taxes must be filed.
(insert sound effect of wine pouring into my glass here)
I finally faced the reality that I have to get all of my semi-organized piles of paperwork to our accountant. In order to do that, I have to go back through those semi-organized piles of paperwork to ensure that they are complete. While going back through said piles of paperwork, I decided to go ahead & do a rough estimate of our taxes....because while I like our accountant, I don't like surprises. Fortunately, the damage is less dramatic than I thought (it's our first full year of R's self-employment...so I was envisioning the worst).
Here's to trusting the universe & just doing what has to be done.
