What is it about these shows wrapped around 20s/30s angst that just sucks me in? Yes, there's a fair amount of cheese in all of them. But I love 'em. October Road is no exception. It's been done before, the plot lines aren't much of a stretch, but it's just good clean fun. And since it's on Thursday night, after Grey's (which is good dirty fun)...it makes for one must see tv night. For anyone that watches - that seen at the pumpkin festival, when Hannah is saying that he sang to her when they were 16, and she says "Hootie & the Blowfish." OMG, did that not just take you back? It just so happens that I've had Hootie playing in my car all week....it's just very back-in-the-day. And today, i have to listen to Pink on the way to work b/c I looove that the theme song for October Road is "who knew?" Anyway. This show makes it a little easier to tolerate Grey's being in reruns for the next few weeks.
Nothing much else today. My trip to NYC was rescheduled for next week. I'm happy about that b/c it means that I get to meet Lori tonight...and then we get to go bug Colleen. Good times.
So, happy friday y'all...and here's just a couple of my favorite photos from my photography class this week:
